The OMG! Hour: Episode 21

The One with the Missing Host

» Something is missing here.  A host is missing, to be more specific.  As much as we all love our great hobby of gaming, sometimes Real Life needs to take precedence and that’s what happened for Craig right now. Craig is taking time away to deal with some real life stuff so our friend, Jeff Jenkins, otherwise known online as Sinnix, is stepping in as guest-host.  We talk about our experiences in both Guild Wars 2 and Borderlands 2 and Jeff educates Sean on Minecraft.  The latest news that the BioWare Doctors are leaving is discussed, Sean reviews Dreampainter’s creepy FPS thriller, Anna, and Jeff takes us back to the days of Frogger in Retro Replay.  We also have two more interviews from Project Play. This time Jon Pilon from Big Viking Games joins us to tell us about Mech Force and Murtaza Saadat from Untitled D tells us all about Game Press, a game creation platform for iOS.  One regular host. One missing host. One new host. Only on The OMG! Hour Episode 21.

  1. Haha, you know, it could be more entertaining at this point if you agree to never play Minecraft, and instead ask every guest if they like it and why — because it does kind of defy description, and people like it for lots of differing reasons… so could be interesting to hear them. 😉

(As for me, I see the fun in it and my son plays it constantly… but it’s never sucked me in.)

Jeff was great co-host; yet another person tempting me to check out Guild Wars 2… alas! 😉
