OMG! it’s Gears of War 4

Gears of War 4, the long anticipated continuation of the Gears franchise, developed by The Coalition, finally unveils itself on October 7th, 2016 for Early Access players, and on October 11th for everyone else.

25 years after the events of the original Gears trilogy, Sera is slowly healing from those wars. Abandoned areas are being reclaimed by nature, and weather is becoming increasingly hostile. The Legacy of Marcus Fenix is known to everyone, but that legacy won’t stop what’s coming. A new Fenix must rise from the ashes and discover his own fate as a new threat emerges.

In this episode of “OMG! it’s”, we play the first full hour of the campaign. Gears of War 4 is a beautifully crafted game that deviates from the original trilogy’s muted and desolate tones and delivers a vibrant, colorful world, once again full of life. As Sera rebuilds from the war with the Locust Horde, JD Fenix and his friends Del and Kait find themselves in the middle of a battle against an unlikely foe.
