Episode 243: The One with the Hand Chicken

PAX East 2017

We went to PAX East again this year! Well, Sean and Tycko did anyway. So before we get to that, let’s talk about games that came out just before we left. Like Ghost Recon Wildlands, for example. And Lego No Man’s Sky….oops, I mean Lego Worlds.

Okay, now that that’s out of the way, Sony brings us their new PlayStation Now in an attempt to compete with Microsoft’s Game Pass subscription, and Jeff brings us all the numbers as we learn that Nintendo has sold 1.5 million Switch consoles in their first week. How do these number stack up to the rest of history?

Don’t forget about PAX East! We review a few of our favourite games from the show and regale you with some interesting stories from our trip. We don’t have time to cover everything here so be sure to check out our PAX East Day In Review shows on YouTube.
