Episode 257: The One With Atari’s Comeback?

Something incredible unprecedented happened this week and you may not believe it when you hear it. We’ll give you a hint: it has to do with Tycko and how many games he played this week. As mentioned last week, Jeff finally picked up Horizon Zero Dawn and gives us his thoughts on Sean’s favourite game of forever. Finally, Sean reviews the amazing, yet unsettling game, The Town of Light.

In the news this week, we discuss some new VR technology that’s being developed and some possible games being remade for VR. Sony takes a page from JackBox and brings party games to your phone with PlayLink while Firaxis takes a page from Shadow of Mordor and brings the Nemesis system to their next XCOM 2 expansion.
